Interior Architectural Design Photography

This year we went to visit family and I was amused at the fact that the only thing I was really drawn to photographing was light splashing across surfaces in their house. I giggled to myself about how anyone else in the room would have absolutely no idea what I was doing and what I was pointing the camera at - but such the lot of the artist, no?

Is it not the magic itself, to see the world in a way others cannot?

Here’s what I saw:

The turkey photo at the top, by the way, is not from this Thanksgiving, but a food photography shoot I did a few years back. I saw it recently and thought it would be fun to share around the holidays, so I worked it in here.

No, We don’t currently set up wildly elaborate photoshoots of our holiday meals…but, no one is stopping us, soooooooo.

Maybe next year?
